- Base rate includes 2 adults OR a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18) and one vehicle per site.
- A $4.00/person/night fee applies to additional campers the base rate does not cover.
- Day visitors will be charged $4.00 per vehicle.
- A 3-night minimum is required for 4th of July and Labor Day Weekend holidays. If first night occupancy is not possible, payment in full at the time of reservation is required.
- Children five and under stay free.
- Pets stay free.

| Reservation Deposits: |
- Estes Park Campground requires a $40.00 deposit for each site reserved.
- Cancellations with 3 weeks or more notice (21 days or more) are refunded $25.00 for every $40.00 deposit.
- Cancellations with less than 3 weeks notice (20 days or less) are refunded $10.00 for every $40.00 deposit.
- Reservations can be modified or rescheduled (one time) with 3 weeks or more notice at no charge. A $30.00 fee per site is applied to shorten or reschedule a reservation with less than 3 weeks notice.
- NO DEPOSIT REFUND ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.
